The Organizers Diary is for all volunteers to post, short or long, their experiences in organizing the convention. While it isn't required, once you volunteer and begin to work it would be nice to occasionally write posts about dealing with hotel personnel, the inspiration for your winning logo, what it's like manning the registration booth (Imran).

There's no requirement to participate and post, but again, when it is all done you'll be glad you did.
